GMO Product Platform, Inc. places a high priority on information security and recognizes the prevention of information leaks as a key management issue. To build trust with our customers and provide reliable services, all officers, employees, and other relevant parties shall comply with this policy, maintain a strong awareness of information security, and strive to maintain and continually improve an effective information management system.

01Construction of an information security management system
We will establish a system which will carry out management and monitoring activities of all information security measures on a continual basis according to this policy. We will also constantly put forth efforts to gain trust from society.
02Compliance with laws and regulations
We will strictly adhere to all laws and other regulations including contractual matters pertaining to information security.
03Creation of regulations pertaining to information security
We will create regulations based on this policy and establish clear management techniques for handling all information assets.
04Proper information security measures
We will take proper measures on an organizational and technical basis in order to securely maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets.
05Education and training
We will provide education and training pertaining to information security on a regular basis to executives and all those who work at GMO Product Platform, Inc. Regulations pertaining to the importance of an information security management system will be thoroughly notified to everyone.
06Continual reviews and improvement
We will carry out reviews and improvements on a continual basis in order to securely operate our information security management system.
